1. Technical Architecture
TurboSender is a Chrome browser extension that:
- Operates entirely within your Chrome browser
- Uses WPP.js (open-source WhatsApp Web automation library) to interact with WhatsApp Web
- Sends messages through your existing WhatsApp Web session
- Does not use the official WhatsApp Business API
- Does not proxy, intercept, or modify WhatsApp's servers or API
2. WhatsApp ToS — Key Restrictions
WhatsApp's Terms of Service prohibit certain automated activities. Users are solely responsible for their compliance. Key restrictions include:
- Sending spam or bulk messages without recipient consent
- Using automated bots to send messages at scale without proper consent
- Sending to numbers that have not agreed to receive messages from you
- Commercial messaging without using the official WhatsApp Business platform
3. User Compliance Obligations
By using TurboSender, you agree you are solely responsible for:
- Complying with WhatsApp's current Terms of Service at all times
- Obtaining prior written or explicit consent from all recipients
- Not sending spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or illegal content
- Accepting all risk related to your WhatsApp account status
