Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the TurboSender Chrome Extension ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a binding agreement between you and ViViD App Studio, a division of ViViD Global Services.

2. Description of Service

TurboSender is a Chrome browser extension providing messaging campaign management tools operating entirely within the user's browser. Capabilities include: Bulk Single Messaging, Bulk Group Messaging, Media Sending, Contact Extraction, Number Validation, Message Scheduling, Variable Substitution, and Campaign Settings.

3. License Grant

ViViD App Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension for personal or internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Extension without written authorization.

4. Acceptable Use — Prohibited Activities

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or commercial messages without recipient consent
• Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or intimidate any individual or entity
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Commerce Policy
• Distribute illegal, obscene, or child exploitation material
• Promote hate speech, violence, discrimination, or terrorism
• Engage in phishing, social engineering, or identity fraud
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Use the Extension for any purpose illegal under applicable laws

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for: compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA, IT Act India); obtaining consent from all recipients; the legality of all content sent; the security of your WhatsApp account; and honoring all opt-out requests promptly.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

TurboSender offers Free, Pro (₹299/mo), Ultra (₹599/mo), and Infinite (₹1,499/mo) plans billed monthly or annually, exclusive of 18% GST. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation details.

7. Intellectual Property

TurboSender, its documentation, and website content are owned by ViViD App Studio. WPP.js is open-source (MIT License). You retain ownership of all data and content you create using TurboSender.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant it will be error-free or uninterrupted. WhatsApp may change its platform at any time in ways that affect TurboSender's functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViViD App Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including WhatsApp account bans, data loss, or business revenue loss. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license at any time for Terms violations. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Extension and cease all use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. See our Dispute Resolution Policy.
