1. As-Is Disclaimer
TurboSender is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ViViD App Studio expressly disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
2. WhatsApp Account Risk
The use of automation tools with WhatsApp carries an inherent risk of account restriction or ban by WhatsApp/Meta. ViViD App Studio does not guarantee that your WhatsApp account will remain unrestricted. Users assume all risk associated with their account status. See our Anti-Ban Policy for mitigation strategies.
3. No Affiliation with WhatsApp / Meta
TurboSender is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially supported by WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., or any affiliated entity. "WhatsApp" is a registered trademark of WhatsApp Inc.
4. Third-Party Libraries
TurboSender uses WPP.js, an open-source WhatsApp Web automation library. Changes to WhatsApp Web's codebase may affect WPP.js compatibility and, by extension, TurboSender's functionality. We are not responsible for issues arising from such third-party changes.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViViD App Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Extension
- WhatsApp account restrictions or bans
- Message delivery failures or delays
- Data loss from local storage
- Incompatibility with WhatsApp Web updates
- Actions taken by recipients of messages sent via the Extension
- Third-party service outages or changes
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the incident.
6. User Responsibility
You are solely and fully responsible for all messages sent through TurboSender, the legality of your campaigns, recipient consent, and compliance with all applicable laws and WhatsApp's policies.
7. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure documentation is accurate and current. However, we make no warranties regarding completeness or accuracy. Pricing, features, and policies may change with reasonable notice.
