Anti-Ban Policy
Protecting your WhatsApp account is our top priority. Follow these guidelines to use TurboSender responsibly and minimize account risk.
Effective: March 1, 2026 · v1.0 · ViViD App Studio
⚠️ Important: TurboSender is a browser automation tool. Using any bulk messaging tool without proper precautions can result in restrictions or bans on your WhatsApp account. We are not responsible for account actions by WhatsApp. Always follow these guidelines.
1. Why WhatsApp Accounts Get Banned
WhatsApp uses automated systems to detect unusual usage patterns. Accounts may be restricted for:
- Sending too many messages too quickly (high volume, low delay)
- Sending to numbers that don't have you saved as a contact
- Receiving multiple "block" or "report spam" actions from recipients
- Sending to a high proportion of invalid or non-WhatsApp numbers
- Using new accounts for bulk sending without a warming period
- Sending identical messages to hundreds of contacts simultaneously
2. Recommended Settings (Anti-Ban Defaults)
| Setting | Recommended Value | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Message Delay | 5–15 seconds (random) | Random delays look human; uniform delays flag bots |
| Batch Size | 25–50 messages | Smaller batches reduce detection patterns |
| Batch Break | 60–120 seconds | Natural pause simulates manual behaviour |
| Daily Limit | 100–300 messages | Matches typical human usage patterns |
| Minimum Delay | At least 3 seconds | Never go below 3s — instant sends are flagged |
3. Contact List Best Practices
- ✅ Always validate numbers before sending (use TurboSender's Number Validator)
- ✅ Only send to contacts who know your business or have explicitly opted in
- ✅ Use your own existing customer contacts, not purchased lists
- ✅ Include an opt-out line in your first message to a new contact
- ❌ Never send to random numbers or purchased lead lists
- ❌ Never use lists scraped from websites or directories
- ❌ Remove invalid numbers before every campaign run
4. Account Warming Protocol
For new WhatsApp accounts, follow this gradual warming schedule:
- Week 1: 20–30 messages/day with 15s+ delay
- Week 2: 50–75 messages/day with 10s+ delay
- Week 3: 100–150 messages/day with 8s+ delay
- Week 4+: 200–300 messages/day with 5s+ delay
💡 Established accounts with regular personal use history can start at Week 3 settings safely.
5. If Your Account Gets a Warning
- Immediately stop your current TurboSender campaign
- Do not send any messages for at least 24–48 hours
- When you resume, increase delays and reduce batch sizes by 50%
- Review your contact list for invalid numbers or spam complaints
- Contact our support if the restriction persists
