Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our fair billing policy: how to cancel subscriptions, request refunds, and what to expect during plan changes.

1. Free Plan
The Free plan is completely free — no payment information required. It can be cancelled at any time by uninstalling the extension. No refund process is applicable.
2. Paid Subscription Plans
TurboSender offers Pro (₹299/mo), Ultra (₹599/mo), and Infinite (₹1,499/mo) monthly plans, and annual equivalents with ~17% savings. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period
- Contact support via WhatsApp or email to cancel
- Annual plan cancellations follow the same process
4. Refund Eligibility

| Change of mind after 7 days | ❌ No refund | Cancel for future billing cycles |
5. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within the refund window via our support channels
- Provide your payment receipt/order number and reason
- Our team reviews and responds within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
6. Plan Upgrades / Downgrades
- Upgrade: Immediate access to higher plan features. You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing cycle.
- Downgrade: Takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refund for the difference.
7. GST (Goods and Services Tax)
All subscription prices are exclusive of Indian GST at 18%. The final charge includes +18% GST. GST invoices available on request. Contact: billing@turbosender.in
